A Nigerian serial entrepreneur, philanthropist and socialite, Chief Val Onwumelu popularly known as Instigator Port Harcourt celebrates his birthday today, October 10.
Val, who took to his instagram page to share his celebration wrote;
“Happy Birthday to Me, Chief Val Onwumelu (Ebubechukwuzo 1 of Umuoji) INSTIGATOR PHC. All i can say is thank you JESUS. Love u all”.
LUSH, recalls that Chief Onwumelu in his bid to give back to the society, built a 1.7-kilometer road in his native community, Umuoji in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, which was inaugurated by the Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo.
The occasion which turnout to be the first of its kind in Umuoji community was highly applauded by the governor, who urged other well-meaning individuals in the community to adopt roads and contribute their quota to the development of infrastructure in the state.
