Superstar Afrobeat singer, Davido Adeleke, has reportedly married his fiancee, Chioma Rowland, traditionally days following their son’s death.
Information has it that the reason for the sudden wedding which was slated to hold in 2023, was due to the Igbo tradition which is against Davido claiming ownership of the deceased child since he was not lawfully married to Chioma before his death.
It is reported that the singer married the professional chef in a private ceremony a week after their son’s demise .
Davido was said to have had the marriage arrangement in the company of a few friends and family at his father’s house.
Though the couple has been through a tough time together following the loss of their son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, we hope their union will bring them more happiness and blessings.
